Okay - so things looked a bit scary this morning when interest rates fell in multiple countries in an effort to ease the financial crisis going on world wide... but always look for that ray of hope. If you're still working, focus on doing the best job you can, work on balancing your family budget and putting something - anything - into savings for a rainy day.... The time is now to prioritize.
In an effort to help busy families in any way I can - here is an affordable easy recipe that is quite tasty too.
French Onion Pork Skillet
Take boneless porkchops (up to 6) and one sliced onion (or two small ones) brown them on medium high heat for (5 minutes on each side of the chops). take the chops out of the pan and add 2 Tsp. of worchestershire sauce to the onions. Put the chops back in the pan. Put the onions ontop of the chops. Take a box of Chicken StoveTop Stuffing - add 1 1/2 cups of hot water to it - and spoon the stuffing around the chops. Top with some shredded (1/2 cup) Motz. Cheese and cook for 5 minutes ( I just put the lid on the saucepan to help the cheese melt) and serve with a side of broccoli or green beens.
Super Yummy!
Please send me your emails at Liz@KTCO.FM - I'd love to hear from you!
